Your latest update from Cloud Next

We recently announced a range of updates that we have made to our service, however we are not sitting still and have made additional improvements since then.

SPF verifies that our network is authorised to send email for your domains, increasing the deliverability of email to external providers like Gmail and Outlook. All hosted domains using our mail platform have now been updated with our default Stackmail SPF record.

Email Autoresponders

Autoresponders have been added to StackMail. Users can now create ‘Out of Office’ messages or similar. There’s no need for any Hosting Control Panel access. From a webmail login, select Settings>Autoresponder to begin the process.

Office 365 DNS

We’ve added a tool to automatically configure Microsoft Office 365 DNS records, like the service we already provide for G-Suite. It adds the required MX, CNAME, TXT and SRV records as part of the setup process in one click. Use the ‘Manage DNS’ tool of your Hosting Control Panel to set up.

Malware Report

Following the launch of our Malware Scan tool for all hosted packages accessible via the Hosting Control Panel, you can now view an overall of all packages on your account using the Malware Report tool from the account control panel.
